Shipping Policy:

 We ship to the continental US. For shipping outside of the continental US, please email us for pricing. Please include desired shipping location.



Cancellation Policy:

 Orders cancelled prior to processing will be fully refunded. Orders cancelled after being processed will be treated as returns. (See policy below.)


Return Policy for broken or defective items:

 If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this website.


Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items:

 Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

  Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

  If you refuse delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.


Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

You must contact us before returning an item.

  Please contact returns@fountainbox.com for return authorization before returning merchandise.

Always include your Order ID in your correspondence.

 

Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
